Cancellation Policy:

Adams Farm requires a valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover at the time reservations are made. Adams Farm requires that cancellations or changes in the number of people be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to the time the event is to take place. In some cases Adams Farm requires a 24 hour notice. The 24 hour cancellation policy will be clearly stated at the time of reservation. Failure to cancel or change reservations within the 3 hours / 24 hours of the event will result with a charge on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

In the event Adams Farm needs to cancel an event, Adams Farm will call the reserved to cancel a minimum of 3 hours before the event was to have taken place, e.g. Sleigh Ride is at 7:30 p.m., Adams Farm will call by 4:30 p.m. to cancel. Reasons for canceling an event vary. Please call Adams Farm at 802-464-3762 if traveling long distances to ensure the event will go on as scheduled.
